Refund policy

Due to the fragile health situation, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Upon delivery of your order, you or your authorized representative must immediately check that the order received complies with the order you placed, including the type and quantity of the Product(s) you received and the condition of the packaging. We are not reliable to any damages made to the item once the item is received by the buyer. We ensure that you receive the item from our team in a professional manner and in excellent condition. If your order does not comply with the one you placed or prove(s) defective, you may return it to us. If non-compliance and/or deficiency is/are proven, you may either (1) have a Product delivered which complies to the one ordered (provided it is available in stock) free of any delivery charge or (2) have the amount you paid for the order refunded and credited back to your account.
